My vehicle engine locked up at mile marker 23 on Natcher Parkway in the pouring rain.I had it towed to Parkway Auto on Friday.No one was available to speak with, so I left the car, wrote a note and included the note with my key in the locked key box.I called there on Monday and spoke with the guy in charge. He was kind and understanding. Did not charge me anything for leaving my vehicle there for four days. I don’t even know their name but I’m certainly grateful for the courtesy shown me.

Got new tires for my truck today, called several different places and Parkway was best priced. Friendly hometown service. Highly recommend. I have bought a few cars here as well. Good people to deal with.

Didn’t purchase anything today but my car broke down on me in a really bad spot and they let me park my car there until I figured things out since I wasn’t from the area and even tried to find the issue with my car and were the kindest people the whole time, genuinely thankful my car broke down where it did instead of somewhere else.
